Information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice. GebhardtsBowling.com and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if GebhardtsBowling.com believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of GebhardtsBowling.com and its subsidiaries.

Privacy Policy

Your transaction history and the information you provide to us voluntarily on our web site and in our retail store is stored in our customer database. Some of the information we solicit, such as e-mail address, is voluntary, while much of it is required in order to fulfill your order properly. In addition to fulfilling your orders, we use the information that you provide for purposes such as responding to your requests, customizing future shopping for you, improving our store, and communicating with you. Any personal information you reveal to us is protected during transmission by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information and is the accepted standard industry-wide for web site security. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.

Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping is only available in the Continental U.S.A with the carrier of our choosing, GebhardtsBowling.com uses ground shipping services from UPS, FedEx and the USPS for it's shipping needs. Any order under $35.00 will be accessed a $5.95 packaging and handling fee. For all orders over $35.00 the $5.95 packaging and handling fee is waved. For any orders in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Gaum, there may be an additonal shipping charge added to your order, depending on the items ordered. Any orders under These extra charges will be calculated at the time of shipping and you will be informed before any packages are shipped. All orders can upgraded to a faster shipping service for an additional fee, please call or send us a message in the order comments if you need a faster than standard delivery. Customer may choose 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air,and Next Day Air at an additional cost. If you would like a shipping quote to another to anywhere other than the Continental United States, please email us at customerservice@gebhardts.com. The day a package is shipped is not consider a shipping day. Thus is you select 2nd Day Air (order submitted before 11 a.m. EST) and the order is placed on Monday, the package would not be received until Wednesday. Tracking numbers will be supplied within 24hrs. of order processing. Orders placed after 3PM EST on a Friday may not receive tracking information until the following Monday evening. If you would like to pick up your order at any of our retail locations, please leave us a message in the notes to where and when you would like to pick up the order and we will have it ready for you.

International

GebhardtsBowling.com can ship most items internationaly at an additional fee that would be quoted on an order by order basis. When choosing any other option customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. GebhardtsBowling.com is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Warranties

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: If you feel your product is defective please contact us at sales@gebhardts.com or call us at 1-800-523-9220. If your product is confirmed as damaged or defective we will ship you a new item at no charge to you. If the original product is no longer available, we will offer a similar product equivalent to the value you paid for the original product. In cases where a suitable replacement cannot be located, you will receive a credit equal to the original price paid for your next purchase at http://www.gebhardtsbowling.com. If you have received an item that is damaged and you feel that it needs to be returned please follow these simple steps: Email us at sales@gebhardts.com with a description of the damage and photos of the item (and shipping box if it was damaged). Please include your order number and your telephone number along with the best time to reach you. If you are not able to send images of the damage please call us at 1-800-523-9220.

Specifications

GebhardtsBowling.com will try and accomadate all special requests for weight, pin distance and top weight for bowling balls. Please note that specific specs may not be available for each bowling ball and may delay shipping. Most bowling balls built today come with pins between 2-4.5" and top weights between 2-4 ounces. They will allow for a wide range of layouts for most bowlers.
