What happens after I’ve placed my order?

Once Gebhardts Bowling - Your Bowling Source! receives your order, we will coordinate shipping from our nearest partners warehouses so your item(s) arrive to you in the quickly as possible. In some cases we may need to ship items from a greater distance based on availability. If an item is on backorder or not available, we will contact you right away.

How are products delivered to me?

GebhardtsBowling.com uses UPS, FedEx and the USPS for it's shipping needs with Free shipping only available in the continental U.S.A with the carrier of our choosing. Any order under $35.00 will be accessed a $5.95 packaging and handling fee. For all orders over $35.00 the $5.95 packaging and handling fee is waved.

What is your refund or exchange policy?

Gebhardts Bowling - Your Bowling Source! has a 60-Day Return Policy from the date of delivery with no restocking charge on all regular price items, sale and clearance items are not returnable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. GebhardtsBowling.com cannot be held responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to us from a customer. For this reason, please be sure to use a shipping method for your return that has tracking. Please double box your return in order for it to reach us without damage. Returns can also be made to any of our retail locations. On The Ball bowling balls, including NFL, MLB, and NHL bowling balls are custom ordered and are not able to be returned.

All returned products must be in perfectly new, unused, and undrilled condition, and in the original box or packaging. If you are purchasing shoes, please try on your new shoes on a dry, clean surface, to make sure they fit correctly. We cannot accept returned shoes that have been used or worn on the lanes. Custom and special order products are not returnable, including apparel. Bowling balls that are drilled can not be returned. Credit will be issued within 15 days of receipt of your return..
